Returns can be made by Freepost only if the shirt is faulty or does not match your order. Returns must be made within 7 working days from the day after you have received your goods.

The garment is produced especially for you to your unique requirements, we will only accept returns in accordance with your legal rights, for example: - If there is a fault with the shirt - If the shirt has not been manufactured as specified - If the sizing of the shirt relating to sleeve length or body length is incorrect

To return please complete the Return voucher (enclosed in your parcel), peel off the Returns Label and affix to the original packaging and take it to any Post Office (please ask for receipt as proof of return).

For replacement shirts, goods will arrive 4-5 weeks from the date we receive your return. We will contact you by email to update you on the progress of your new order.
